When it comes to definitive surface solutions, one name stands out above the rest: Rayston
This range, developed entirely by Krypton Chemical, is a set of systems designed to transform any flooring into a functional, aesthetic and extremely durable surface that adapts to the requirements of the project in question.
What defines a Rayston System?
A Rayston system is a strategic combination of layers, starting with a specific primer for the substrate, followed by one or more base coats, and a protective finish that meets specific needs: chemical resistance, impact or abrasion resistance, chemical attack resistance, UV yellowing resistance, bacteria resistance, etc.
Different systems for every need
The versatility of the Rayston line is divided into four main families:
- Thin-film systems (10): highly suitable for a wide variety of projects where protection and ease of cleaning are required without adding significant thickness. Notable systems include Rayston Floor EP 10 (100% solids) and its
water-based version, Rayston Floor PU 10 W. Sports courts and industrial floor refurbishment are just some of their applications.
- Multi-layer systems (20): Whether using epoxy resins, such as the Rayston Floor EP 20 O8 system, polyurethane, such as Rayston Floor PU 20, or polyaspartic systems, such as Rayston Floor PAS 20, these systems offer high
resistance and an excellent quality/price ratio in terms of performance. Flooring for warehouses, workshops, agri-food facilities and car parks are some of its most notable applications.
- Self-levelling systems (30): these systems, which increase in thickness, are particularly suitable for concrete substrates or other substrates with irregularities. Examples include the Rayston Floor PU 30 Flex polyurethane system, the Rayston Floor PU 30 DECO polyurethane cement system and the Rayston Floor PUA 30 PARK polyurea system. Decorative flooring, industrial flooring, sanitary flooring, etc. are among their most common uses.
- Resin Mortar Systems (40): High-thickness solutions based on crushed marble binder, such as the Rayston Floor PU 40 DECO draining flooring system for swimming pool surrounds, gardens or paths, to rubber granules such as the Rayston Floor PU 40 SAFETY system, which is particularly suitable for children’s playgrounds.

Advantages of Rayston Floor flooring systems
Choosing one of our flooring systems offers multiple technical benefits, such as:
- High mechanical and chemical resistance: the systems are designed to withstand impact, abrasion, exposure to aggressive chemicals, vehicle traffic and UV rays.
- Continuous, hygienic surfaces: as these are continuous flooring systems, there are no joints or critical points where dirt or bacteria can accumulate, making cleaning and maintenance easier.
- Adaptation to each substrate: from thin layers to self-levelling systems or resin mortars, Rayston Floor allows you to work on different substrates and correct irregularities in the substrate.
- Speed and commissioning: thanks to technologies such as polyaspartic systems or polyurea, it is possible to significantly reduce downtime.
- Aesthetic and functional customisation: colours, non-slip finishes, UV resistance or specific properties can be incorporated according to the needs of the project.
Why choose Krypton Chemical?
Choosing Krypton Chemical means having the backing of a manufacturer that offers not only the material, but also the technical knowledge and years of experience to advise you every step of the way.
Do you have a project in mind? Whether it’s a sports court, an operating theatre or a designer terrace, there’s a Rayston system designed specifically for you.
