Anti-corrosion protection in industrial warehouse

ProLine C5H anti-corrosion system for galvanized steel sheeting, in compliance with ISO 12944-5:2018
This system provides dual anti-corrosion barrier protection with excellent adhesion to non-ferrous metal substrates (such as metal sheeting without extensive surface preparation), making it a surface-tolerant solution. It is very easy to apply, solvent-free, and offers excellent outdoor and UV resistance thanks to the single-component KRYPTON PROLINE PU 1000 TC.
How we do it:
- Surface preparation and coating application: The entire surface was high-pressure washed with fresh water to remove dirt, contaminants, and any zinc salts from the galvanized steel. This was followed by a light abrasive blasting to ensure proper surface preparation.
- Primer application:
One coat of KRYPTON PROLINE PU AL PRIMER was applied (100 microns). - Topcoat:
The surface was sealed with KRYPTON PROLINE PU 1000 TC.
