Polyurea Rayston X5

Expandable polyurea applied by hot spray equipment, designed to increase its initial volume by 3 to 5 times, effectively filling voids and irregularities in the substrate. Once cured, it forms a waterproof, flexible and elastic membrane with excellent crack-bridging properties.

Ideal for waterproofing roofs using a two-step application method, particularly when a faster and simpler solution is required compared to traditional polyurea systems (primer, membrane and topcoat).
