Application of Impermax Cold Polyurea Supreme with “Cool Roof” Finish

System used:
Cold-applied polyurea waterproofing + reflective cool roof topcoat
The system includes TP PRIMER polyurethane primer, treatment of critical points with RAYSTON FLEX 3040 sealant and BUTYLTEX reinforcement on joints and drains. The waterproofing was carried out using IMPERMAX COLD POLYUREA SUPREME, finished with COLODUR White, which enhances solar reflectance and improves the performance of photovoltaic systems. A durable, seamless, and efficient solution for residential rooftops that improves indoor comfort and contributes to the building’s overall sustainability.
How we do it:
- Substrate preparation
- High-pressure water cleaning to remove dirt and ensure proper adhesion of the system
- Treatment of critical points
- Reinforcement of details using a thickening additive
- Filling of gaps and irregularities with RAYSTON FLEX 3040 polyurethane sealant
- Primer application
- Application of TP PRIMER, a polyurethane-based primer suitable for this type of substrate
- Seamless waterproofing (cold-applied)
- Manual application of IMPERMAX COLD POLYUREA SUPREME, a two-component cold-applied liquid polyurea membrane that provides long-lasting, elastic waterproofing—ideal for technical or walkable roofs
- Cool roof reflective topcoat
- Final sealing with COLODUR pigmented white, a high solar reflectance finish that improves the building's energy efficiency and helps boost the output of photovoltaic systems installed on the roof
