Roof Waterproofing in Italy

The project involved the application of a hot-applied waterproofing system based on bio-based polyurethane, formulated with renewable plant-based raw materials, solvent-free, and with high durability. It combines technical performance, environmental sustainability, and low environmental impact, in line with the requirements of new public projects in Europe.
How we do it:
- Priming
- Application of IMPERMAX 2K M, a specific primer designed to ensure strong adhesion of the system on surfaces such as concrete, metal, or bituminous membranes.
- Hot-applied waterproofing
- Application of IMPERMAX 2K, a hot-spray bi-component polyurethane liquid membrane that is especially environmentally and health friendly. It is certified with a 25-year service life (W3) and offers excellent crack-bridging capabilities and adhesion to various substrates.
- Protective topcoat
- Sealing layer with COLODUR grey, an aliphatic polyurethane coating that enhances UV resistance and extends the durability of the system.
