Rayston Spray D50

Pure polyurea membrane, completely solvent-free, designed for special waterproofing applications such as radon gas barrier and methane gas barrier. It is applied with hot spray equipment. Once cured, it forms a continuous membrane with high mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as exterior durability. It is thermoset and elastomeric (both hard and flexible). The membrane cures ultra-fast, ensuring the system is ready for service within hours.

Ideal for waterproofing tanks with aggressive chemicals, scrubbers, or gas digesters. It is also suitable for waterproofing foundations requiring a barrier to radon gas, methane, and other harmful contaminants from the earth’s crust. Provides a protective barrier forconcrete against carbonation.
