.Flooring Project
Heineken Factory in Macedonia
Location:
Skopje, Macedonia
System used:
Two-component self-leveling polyurea flooring with a glossy aliphatic finish.
The project involved the installation of an industrial flooring system at the new factory, based on slow-curing, pigmented, 100% solid two-component polyurea resin, designed to provide maximum mechanical resistance, durability, and aesthetics in areas subjected to intense pedestrian traffic.
The complete system guarantees a non-porous, waterproof surface that is easy to clean, abrasion-resistant, and has a quick curing time. Its application ensures that the flooring remains in optimal aesthetic and functional condition for a longer period, even in demanding industrial environments.
How we do it:
- Surface preparation:
- Priming with EP 100 PRIMER, ensuring perfect adhesion to the concrete substrate.
- Self-leveling intermediate layer:
- Application of POLYUREA H SL, a slow-curing, two-component, self-leveling resin formulated to provide high wear resistance and a uniform, joint-free surface.
- Protective finish:
- Sealing with FLOORTOP 1K, a high-performance, single-component aliphatic polyurethane resin with a glossy finish, offering high UV resistance and excellent durability.
