New flooring in dental clinic

System: Rayston Floor PU 30 FLEX
The objective was to install a new flooring system in a dental clinic that would ensure resistance to intensive use, ease of cleaning, and comfort, with an aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained finish. Rayston Floor PU 30 FLEX is a solvent-free system, health- and environmentally friendly. It is easy to clean and maintain, with excellent chemical and mechanical resistance properties.
How we do it:
- Application of TECNOCEM: a two-component cement-epoxy waterproofing system used as the base layer to prepare the concrete substrate, particularly useful in cases of potential residual moisture.
- Primer application: EPOXY 100 PRIMER, a two-component, solvent-free primer that seals the substrate before applying the system.
- Main layer: PAVISOFT, a solvent-free, two-component self-leveling polyurethane resin with excellent flexibility, impact resistance, scratch resistance, and abrasion resistance.
- Finish: sealed with COLODUR ECO in white, pink, and satin transparent finishes, all water-based and solvent-free, with an anti-slip additive for greater safety and durability. This final layer provides a hard, elastic coating that resists the effects of continuous wear.
