Il en r\u00e9sulte une membrane continue, sans joints, \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance chimique et m\u00e9canique, capable de s&#8217;adapter \u00e0 n&#8217;importe quelle g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de support. Son application par projection \u00e0 chaud permet d&#8217;obtenir un <strong>durcissement instantan\u00e9<\/strong>, m\u00eame dans des conditions extr\u00eames de temp\u00e9rature ou d&#8217;humidit\u00e9.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Son succ\u00e8s dans la r\u00e9habilitation des toitures repose sur trois facteurs cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rapidit\u00e9 d&#8217;application : praticable en quelques minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9lasticit\u00e9 permanente :<\/strong> plus de 400 % d&#8217;allongement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adh\u00e9rence directe<\/strong> sur une multitude de supports (b\u00e9ton, c\u00e9ramique, m\u00e9tal, mousse de polyur\u00e9thane, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polyur\u00e9e pure : l&#8217;exigence maximale<\/h3>\n\n<p>La <strong>polyur\u00e9e pure<\/strong> est obtenue exclusivement \u00e0 partir de la r\u00e9action entre des <strong>isocyanates<\/strong> et des <strong>amines<\/strong>, sans participation de polyols.<br\/>Ce d\u00e9tail chimique, apparemment mineur, a un impact consid\u00e9rable sur son rendement final :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Durcissement instantan\u00e9 (&lt;10 secondes) :<\/strong> id\u00e9al pour les projets o\u00f9 le d\u00e9lai de mise en service est critique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sistance extr\u00eame \u00e0 l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 :<\/strong> peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 m\u00eame sur des supports l\u00e9g\u00e8rement humides sans risque de formation de bulles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stabilit\u00e9 thermique et UV sup\u00e9rieure<\/strong>, en particulier lorsqu&#8217;il est formul\u00e9 avec des syst\u00e8mes aliphatiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Durabilit\u00e9 et \u00e9lasticit\u00e9 constantes<\/strong>, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es d&#8217;exposition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>C&#8217;est pourquoi il est utilis\u00e9 sur les <strong>toitures expos\u00e9es<\/strong>, les <strong>infrastructures critiques<\/strong>, dans l&#8217;<strong>industrie chimique<\/strong> ou les <strong>r\u00e9servoirs<\/strong> o\u00f9 la continuit\u00e9 et l&#8217;imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 absolue sont indispensables.<br\/>Son principal inconv\u00e9nient est son <strong>co\u00fbt plus \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/strong> et la <strong>n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;utiliser des \u00e9quipements de projection \u00e0 haute pression et haute temp\u00e9rature<\/strong>, ce qui exige du personnel sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polyur\u00e9e hybride : \u00e9quilibre entre performances et \u00e9conomie<\/h3>\n\n<p>La <strong>polyur\u00e9e hybride<\/strong> combine des <strong>isocyanates avec un m\u00e9lange d&#8217;amines et de polyols.<\/strong><br\/>Cette modification r\u00e9duit la vitesse de r\u00e9action et rend la formulation moins co\u00fbteuse, tout en conservant une grande partie des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de la polyur\u00e9e pure.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ses principaux avantages :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Co\u00fbt plus
