This is particularly beneficial in hot climates or in industrial buildings with large roof areas. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extreme durability and resistance: Polyurea liquid membranes are highly resistant to harsh weather conditions, UV rays, abrasion and chemicals. The protective finish of COLODUR in white has an SRI value of 105, one of the highest on the market. Similarly, the aliphatic resin in IMPERMAX A, with an SRI of 100, also offers excellent performance as a \u2018cool roof\u2019 solution.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In short, IMPERMAX A or white-pigmented COLODUR coatings, which offer high resistance to chemicals, outdoor conditions and UV radiation, help to reduce the surface temperature of the treated surface, thereby increasing its durability.
